Annual is billed upfront ($470) at checkout; non‑refundable. Monthly and clinic plans are billed at the start of each period; cancel any time to stop future charges. Trial lasts 7 days; cancel during the trial to avoid charges. 'Unlimited for first year' applies to new sign‑ups during the launch window; we may introduce usage tiers later. Clinic plans include team management and email invitations.

How is the annual price calculated?

$49 × 12 = $588. −20% = $470/year (≈ $39/month).

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

You can switch at renewal.

What happens after my trial?

If you don't cancel within 7 days, you'll be billed for the plan you selected.

What are the clinic plans?

Clinic plans let you invite your team members to share one subscription. Small Clinic (2-5 vets) is $149/month. Large Clinic (6+ vets, unlimited) is $299/month. All team members get full PRO access.

How do I add team members to my clinic?

After subscribing to a clinic plan, you can invite team members by email from your Team dashboard. They will receive a link to join your clinic and get full access.

Is there a monthly limit on reports?

Launch customers receive unlimited volume for the first year of their initial subscription.

Do you integrate with my PIMS?

Not yet. Integrations are coming soon; use export/share in the meantime.
